Since 2002, QUEST has been mobilizing practitioners and parents in the early childhood community to make their voices heard about the importance of investing in our youngest children. We have:
- Provided advocacy training and hands-on experience to hundreds of people,
- Generated tens of thousands of creative and personalized messages, including children’s art, to federal and state elected officials and early childhood administrators.
- Organized a yearly Early Childhood Action Day, bringing 500 people from across the state to Harrisburg every spring.
We held the founding conference that led to Keystone STARS, envisioned and mobilized for the creation of Education and Retention Awards for early childhood practitioners, and have been recognized by the PA Governor as critical to the passage of state budgets that invest in our youngest children.
