Leadership Training

QUEST has been providing leadership and advocacy training to early childhood practitioners in Pennsylvania since 1995.

LEAP (Leadership Empowerment Action Project).

Weekend retreats, offered in the Philadelphia area since 1995, have helped to create strong networking groups, which enable providers to develop and implement action plans and sustain their commitment to the effort over time.

Mini-LEAP training, in day-long and a four-hour forms, have been developed to bring LEAP to new areas and populations.
